Refund policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopen or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your order number.

When you return a Product to us:

a. Since you have canceled the contract with us within the seven-day cooling-off period (see clause 3), we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible or within 14 days of the day, you have given notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the Product in full. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us and the risk remains with you until we receive the Product(s).

b. If the product is returned for defect, we will examine the returned product and will notify you for your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period. We will usually process the refund due to you as soon as possible or within 30 days of the day, we confirmed to you via e-mail. Products returned by you because of a defect are eligible for a full refund including the delivery charges incurred by you for sending back the material to us.

Please note we do not cover delivery/shipping costs for items being returned because of wrong ordering.
